With more than 44 years of experience as an educator in higher education, Dr. Skuse has created undergraduate and gradue degree-granting curricula, he has evaluated programs at several universities, he has participated in multi-institutional education partnerships and he has reviewed grant applications for several federal funding agencies and some private foundations.  His publication record is interdisciplinary and in addition to his service as tenured Professor he has served as a Program Director, Department Head and Associate Department Head.  Dr. Skuse has also evaluatated degree-granding programs at several leading universities.  Taken together, his experience and expertise has prepared him to work effectively with you to achieve your personal, programmatic and institutional goals.
